Olivia Drescher is a research associate in the Office of Education and Continuing Professional Development and Coordinator of the Patient Engagement Coordinator for the Pan-Canadian Network: Diabetes Action Canada.
Trained as an epidemiologist, she brings expertise in the organization, planning and supervision of research projects as well as in statistical analysis. She builds on her experience collaborating with various First Nations and Inuit communities in the development of strategies to engage patients as partners in the research process.
